By developing high-resolution photolithographic and 3D structuring techniques using natural amino acids (the building blocks of life) we are creating biocompatible, multifunctional materials for medical applications. Combining light-sensitive amino acid materials with advanced photolithography and 3D printing allows us to design innovative solutions that mimic natural tissues and enhance medical devices, implants, and regenerative medicine technologies.

The video provides an engaging overview of our vision, technology, and the potential impact of our work. It also highlights the strength of our multidisciplinary consortium, spanning six European countries, bringing together expertise in chemistry, materials science, engineering, and healthcare.
